杨元勇

个人简介:

杨元勇,博士,教授,博士研究生导师,民建会员,出生于1984年10月,2007年毕业于四川大学获学士学位,2012年毕业于新加坡国立大学获博士学位,2012年到2014年在新加坡国立大学化学生物学从事博士后研究工作,2014年下学期进入贵州医科大学药物化学教研室工作,任贵州医科大学药学院中心实验室副主任,获贵州医科大学药学院青年骨干教师,入选第五批贵州省高层次创新性人才(千层次),荣获贵州省自然科学三等奖(第一获奖人),作为副主编编写了电子科技大学出版社的十三五规划教材《基础化学》,被遴选为《Current Chinese Science》编委。主持国家自然科学基金2项,主持省部级科研项目5项,在SCI收录的学术期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,总影响因子>150,获批发明专利4项。


研究方向:

主要从事有机合成以及生物膜抑制剂的开发工作。在有机合成方面利用绿色催化剂或者绿色氧化剂(空气)进行反应探索合成出一系列杂环类化合物和手性化合物,为手性药物开发奠定了基础,同时也实现了空气中氧气的高效利用,阐明了无外加还原剂和过渡金属条件下空气作为氧化剂的应用,为相关杂原子药物的开发奠定了基础。另一方面,在化学合成的基础上进行生物膜抑制剂开发,基于群体感应策略的生物膜抑制剂开发,由于生物么抑制剂不直接杀灭细菌,不会导致细菌应激而产生耐药性,相关研究成果可以为细菌耐药性提供解决思路。
